- RT Budhist (Budhist Candidate): Bachelor’s degree in any field from any Indian university with recognition. who have received monastic or Buddhist priestly ordination from the appropriate authority. The Head Priest of the monastery where the individual has been initiated into the priesthood is referred to as the “Appropriate Authority.” The head priest should be in possession of Geshe (PhD) of Khanpa or Lopon or RaPandit or Pandit Gorkha (Hindu Candidate): One year of diploma in Karam Kand or Sahastri or Acharya in Sanskrit with Karam Kand as the primary or core subject.Granthi (Sikh Candidate): A bachelor’s degree in any field from any accredited Indian university; “Gyani” in Punjabi is required.
