In addition to having at least three years of experience in food analysis, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, or related fields from an accredited university. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) Food Analyst Examination is another need for candidates.
