• Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology or five years of integrated Master’s degrees or Dual Degree programs that focuses on Engineering or Technology in the fields of Mechanical or Civil Engineering or IT Electrical or Chemical or Metallurgy Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree that is regular and regular from an accredited Indian University* with a minimum of 60% marks throughout the years. consecutive years of full-time, regular post Graduate Diploma or Degree that is in Human Resources or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Social Work or MBA from a recognized university Institute, with a minimum 55% marks total for all semesters/years. Candidates who have Social Work or MBA qualifications should have completed an elective/specialization in Personnel Management and Labour WelfareHRM or Personnel Management in the final year.
